Cinderella and Other Brothers Grimm Characters Journey to Get Their Wishes

(Manteo, N.C., June 30, 2008) – “He has charm for a prince, I guess,” sings Cinderella, Lynsey Buckelew (Dothan, AL) to the Baker’s Wife, Rachel Rice (Fort Worth, TX) in the musical Into the Woods performed at Waterside Theatre. In Act I, Cinderella finds her charming far-away prince and the Baker’s Wife is able to have the child she always desired. But, the characters find that getting their wishes doesn’t always guarantee a happily ever after. This production of Stephen Sondheim’s award-winning musical by The Lost Colony Company highlights the diverse talent seen nightly at Waterside Theatre.
