Swells’a Brewing
Sometimes when you’re sitting in the doldrums of the Atlantic you get to thinking about if the moon is truly made of ribs, or if you were in the mouth of a whale would it be peaceful or utterly terrifying, and damn, a cold beer would be nice right now.
A few of those thoughts got us to where we are today…perched on the edge of the ocean, canning cold beer and praying for swell to brew us out of these horse latitudes into the bliss of eternal peace and love and a slight beachy buzz.

About Blue Water Grill
Overlooking the docks at Pirate’s Cove Marina, Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar provides the dining public with an amazing dining experience. Roanoke Island has a magical history. Had our restaurant always existed, we might have served Eleanor Dare, Governor John White, Chief Manteo and Chief Wanchese, or Andy Griffith.
Today we hope to serve another celebrity…YOU. We try very hard to provide each of our patrons with a sensory experience they will remember. Whether it is the view, the food and drink, or the service, we want each customer to say, “That was great!” As those first colonists would have said, before they got lost, of course, “Cheers and Bon Appetit!”
