The Roanoke Island Historical Association (RIHA) is proud to unveil a brand-new website (www.thelostcolony.org) to support the annual production of The Lost Colony. This new website was designed to be easy to use, mobile friendly, and an informative, educational look at The Lost Colony and the Roanoke Island Historical Association. The new website also features expanded sections about the history of the Roanoke Colony and the production itself, including new articles about the inaugural 1937 season and Hurricane Donna, which almost destroyed the Waterside Theatre in 1960.

“A new website is a lot of fun, but it’s also a lot of hard work,” says Executive Director Chuck Still. “We hope that this new website will enhance your Lost Colony experience before you even come to the Waterside Theatre.”

The website contains ticket and donation information, an online store for Lost Colony merchandise, audition information for the 2025 season and the Lost Colony Wine & Culinary Festival, which can be accessed by visiting www.tlcwinefest.com.
